How to use our online service

First look through our list of available factsheets categories below and click on a category to show the factsheets available.
If the PDF symbol appears, you can click on it to view a PDF version of the Factsheets and print it off. If the folder symbol appears more than one PDF document exists. Click on the folder to show/hide these documents (hover your cursor over the PDF symbol to find which factsheet is which). To save a copy of the PDF, right-click on the link and choose 'Save target as'. To order Factsheets, first put the number of Factsheets you require into the box next to each title. Then complete the form at the bottom of this page and click the 'Submit Factsheets Order' button.
